The Rogers Group, Inc. is a Real Estate Investment Company. Formed in 1981, The Rogers Group has grown annually to accommodate the ever increasing housing needs of a four county area.
We currently serve Vance, Granville, Franklin and Warren Counties, managing both single family homes and apartments. While managing over 900 units and serving over 200 property owners, we pride ourselves on quality service to tenants while always being mindful of the fiduciary responsibility we have to the owner.
Our staff makes the difference. We offer a full-time property manager, office support and a maintenance staff to deal with the 24 hour/7 day a week responsibility that goes with property management. Furthermore, we handle all the leasing, maintenance and collections for each property. No problem is too large or small for us to handle.
